	Booking and Cancelation Policies:
	There is a 2 Night Minimum stay for all stays for all private rooms for stays including 31st December and 7 night minimum stay for dorm rooms. New Year Eve Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: Two Charges will occur to secure your reservation over the New Year: A Non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking. The remaining 90% cost of the 2 nights at New Year Rates will be charged if the booking is cancelled 1st December, 2008 or if the booking is shortened to less than min nights stay. Cancellation or shortening of stay after that time will forfeit the cost of the funds charged. By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
