	New Year Period: The hotel does require a 3 night minimum stay if one night is the 30th or 31st of December or the 1st of January. Higher rates apply for 3 nights of your stay. New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: There is a 3 Night Minimum for any stay including 31st DEC 2008 A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking. The cost of the 3 nights at higher rates will be charged if the booking is cancelled after 1st November, 2008. These amounts, once charged are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason. The Balance of the Total Cost of Accommodation is payable to the hotel at time of check-out. By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
