	New Year Period: There is a 3 night Minimum Stay over the New Year period. For these minimum nights there is a higher new year rate and the discounted rate applies to all other nights. New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: A minimum stay applies for all stays which include any of the nights 29th 30th and 31st December, 2008. A non - refundable deposit equal to 10% of the entire stay will be charged at the time of booking. The balance of the cost of the minimum nights at the (higher) New Year Rates will be charged after 30th November, 2008. This latter amount, once charged is not refundable if your booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason after the 30th of November, 2008. The balance of your accommodation cost will be payable whilst at the hotel. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
