	Breakfast: Continental Buffet Breakfast is available from A$8/person in the Level Three restaurant. Room Facilities: Remote control television, modem and STD/IDD lines, reverse cycle air conditioning, mini bar, tea and coffee, making facilities, full sized iron and ironing board. Housed in the refurbished 1850's ANZ Bank site (formerly Scottish Australia bank) this magnificent building was designed by one of the 19th century's most prolific Sydney architects Edmund Thomas Blacket. The Blacket displays a distinct and daring style. Remaining heritage aspects of this beautiful property include the original 1850's staircase and two 1850's suites with polished floors, 6 meter high ceilings, claw-foot baths and rich velvet draped windows overlooking the hustle and bustle of George Street. Minc Restaurant and Bar, flooded in natural light from it's glass ceiling on the third floor of The Blacket, has made a name for itself for elegance, service and a modern dinner menu with funky cocktail lounge. Parking: is available at approx A$50/24 hour period - multi entry. One car per room. (must be prebooked) Check-In / Check-Out: Check-In time after 3 pm; and Check-Out time is by 11am.
	Booking and Cancelation Policies:
	New Years Eve: For all stays including Sunday 31st December, 2008 a higher rate applies to 3 minimum nights of your stay. All other nights are at the normal rate (as below). New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: A 3 night stay is required to book the rooms at the Blacket Hotel. For 3 of these nights a higher New Year rate applies to 3 nights and the discounted rate to all other nights. A Non Refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation. This will be charged at the time of booking. The Remaining 90% Cost for the 3 nights at the New Year Rate will be charged after 30th November, 2008. These amounts, once charged are not refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
