	New Year's Eve: For all stays including New Years Eve a 4 night minimum stay applies. There is a higher rates that applies to these minimum nights and the discounted rates apply to all other nights of your stay. Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: Two charges will occur at time of booking: A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking. The 90% balance of all nights charged at higher Special Event rate will also be charged at the time of booking. Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date of booked arrival will receive a refund of the 90% charge of nights at higher Special Event rate. Cancellation within 30 days of booked arrival date will forfeit both the above charges as a Cancellation Fee. The remaining 90% of all other nights (not at higher rate) are payable to the hotel during your stay By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
