Apartment Types: One bedroom apartments at "Seventeen" can contain either one king size, one queen size or two single beds to suit your needs. You will also find plenty of space to spread out and store your belongings. The bedroom leads through to a lounge room with dining table and sofa beds in most apartments. Each apartment also has a separate fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. The two bedroom apartments feature two spacious double bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate a family or two couples. The bedding arrangements are flexible to suit your requirements and most apartments also have sofa beds in the lounge room… or an extra bed can be supplied if required.
Apartment Features: Iron, ironing boards and hair dryers provided, Non smoking rooms, Remote control colour TV, Video player available on request, Direct dial telephone / ISDN lines, Clock radio alarm, Air conditioning, Modem Cable.
Service: Apartments are serviced on a weekly or daily basis depending on Rate & length of stay - extra servicing can be arranged for a fee if required. Each apartment has a separate kitchen with all the appliances you will need to self cater, private bathroom and a large lounge / dining room.
Please Note: that this apartment's Reception hours are from 9 am and close a 6 pm - Mon to Frid, 2 pm on Sat and Noon on Sunday. For arrivals after the time that the office closes special arrangements can be made.
Parking: Parking in the station across the road can be arranged for $10/24 hours.

New Years Eve: There is a 14 night minimum required for all stays including 31st December, 2008.
New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
A 14 night minimum stay is required over the Christmas, New Year period.
At the time of booking a Non-Refundable Deposit equal to 25% of the Total Cost will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival a further 25% will be charged.
Once paid, these amounts are non refundable if booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
By making a booking it is understood that you accept the cancellation and booking policy. |
