	Extra Bedding: The Sebel Pier One is not configured to sleep more than 2 occupants in any room type, using existing bedding. A cot for an infant can be placed in all room types at no further charge. A roll away bed can be provided at no further charge, however a rollaway will fit only in a King Bride Room or King Water View Room or a Suite. Most Suites also have a sofa bed that may suit an extra occupant. Room Features: Duvet & European style pillows, Full length mirror, Down lights over the bed for reading, Non smoking rooms and suites available, Individually controlled air conditioning, Remote controlled television, Tea and coffee making facilities, Iron and ironing board, IDD/STD telephone, Internet access, Work desk, In room safe, Bathrobes and hairdryer, Alarm clock/radio, Mini bar. 	New Year Period: For all stays that include the 31st December, 2008 there is a 6 night minimum stay. For these minimum nights there is a higher rate and the discounted rate applies to all other nights. Please note the booking conditions below. New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. The Remaining 90% Cost for the 6 Night Minimum Stay will also be charged at time of booking Once charged, these amounts are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason. The balance of the stay is payable at check-in. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
