	New Year Period: For all stays that include the31st December 2008, a 7 night minimum stay applies. For those 7 nights a higher rate applies and the discounted rate applies to all other nights. New Year Eve Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: A 7 Night Minimum stay requirement for stays over the New Year period A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking. Once charged, this amount will not be refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason. Any cancellation within 30 days of booked arrival or shortening of the stay will incur a charge equivalent the 7 nights at high season rates. The Remaining 90% of all other nights can be paid during your stay. By proceeding with this booking, it is understood that these conditions have been accepted.
