	New Year Period: For all stays that include the 31st December, 2008 there is a 2 night minimum stay. For these minimum nights there is a higher rate and the discounted rate applies to all other nights. Please note the booking conditions below. Charge and Cancellation Policy over New Year: For stays including any night from 31st December, 2008, a 2 night minimum stay applies. At least 2 nights of your stay will be at the higher New Year Rate. At time of booking 10% of the full cost of accommodation will be charged. After the first of December 2007, the remaining 90% balance will be charged. Once charged these amounts are not refundable or transferable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason. By proceeding with this booking, it is understood that you accept these conditions.
