	Booking and Cancelation Policies:
	New Year Period: Randwick Lodge have a 7 night minimum stay requirement for all bookings that include any night between the 27 December 2008 till the 7th of January 2009. New Year Booking and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost will be charged at the time of booking. The Remaining 90% Cost will be charged at check-in. If the booking is cancelled after 1st December, 2008 an additional Cancellation Fee of 50% will apply. If the booking is cancelled or shortened once the stay has begun, the full cost of booked stay will apply By continuing with this booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
