New Year Eve Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: Two Charges will occur to secure your reservation over the New Year: A Non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking. The remaining 90% cost of the 2 nights at New Year Rates will also be charged. The balance will be charged at check-in. Cancellation or shortening of stay after that time will incur no refunds. Cancellation or shortening of booking within 14 days of booked arrival will incur the full cost of the stay. By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
