	New Year Period: For all stays that include the 31st December, 2008 there is a 7 night minimum stay requirement. For these minimum nights a higher rate applies and the discounted rate applies to all other nights. Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: Two Charges will occur to secure your reservation over the New Year: A Non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking. The remaining 90% cost of 7 nights at higher rate will be charged before 30th November, 2008. Cancellation or shortening of stay after that time will forfeit the cost of the funds charged. The balance of your accommodation will be charged during your stay By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
