This property is not opening bookings for over the New Year period till July.
They are accepting expressions of interest at this time and will contact successful applicants for a booking later in the year.
New Years Eve Period: For any stay including 30th December, 31st December 2008, and the 1st January 2009 there is a minimum stay required for all apartments. Please see varying minimum stays shown below.
New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
A Deposit equal to 10% of the cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking confirmation.
Full prepayment of the 90% balance of the nights at higher rate be charged after September 30th 2008.
These charges, once made, are not refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened or the guest fails to show for the booking.
We recommend Travel Insurance to cover losses due to unexpected circumstances.
