New Year Booking & Cancellation Policy A 5 Night Minimum stay applies to all bookings including New Year's Eve (31st DEC, 2008). Over the New Year period a (higher) New Rate applies to 5 Minimum Nights. A deposit equal to 50% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged to secure the reservation at the time of booking. Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to booked arrival will receive a 40% refund (10% retained as Cancellation Fee). Cancellation within 30 - 60 days of booked arrival will receive a 25% refund (25% retained as Cancellation Fee). Cancellation within 30 days of booked arrival will receive no refund (100% retained as Cancellation Fee). Once the stay has commenced, if the stay is shortened, the 7 nights minimum will be charged By proceeding to book, it is understood that these conditions have been accepted.
