	New Year's Eve: For all stays including New Years Eve a 5 night minimum stay applies. A higher rates that applies to these minimum nights and the discounted rates apply to all other nights of your stay There is a 5 Night Minimum for any stay including the dates from 26th DEC 2006 >> 15th JAN 2008 (inclusive) The higher rate applies to 5 nights of the stay. A Non Refundable 10% Deposit of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking. Cancellations made after the 1st December, 2008 or shortening of stay will be charged the 90% of the first 5 nights at higher rate. The Balance of the Total Cost of Accommodation is payable to the hotel at time of check-out. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
