	Booking and Cancelation Policies:
	New Year's Eve: For all stays including New Years Eve a 5 night minimum stay applies. A higher rates that applies to these minimum nights and the discounted rates apply to all other nights of your stay. New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: A Non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking. The remaining 90% cost of the balance of stay will be charged at check-in. Cancellation or shortening of stay after the 1st November 2008 or if the guest fails to show for the booking, the Cancellation fee will be the cost 5 nights at higher rates. This charge is on top of the 10% deposit. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
