	Booking and Cancelation Policies:
	New Year's Eve: Morgans have a 7 night minimum stay requirement for any stay on or between the 24th Dec 2008 and the 7th January 2009. For this period 7 nights of your stay will be a the higher New Year rate, and all other nights at the M-Power discounted rate (see below). Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: Two Charges will occur to secure your reservation over the New Year: A Non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking. The remaining 75% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged one month prior to arrival. Both the above amounts are not refundable once charged if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason. By making a booking it is understood that this policy is accepted.
