	New Years Eve: For stays that include 31st December, 2008 a 5 night minimum stay applies. For these 5 nights a higher rate and 'Special Event' booking conditions apply, and the discounted rate applies to all other nights. Please ensure you are aware of the booking policy below. A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking. The Remaining 90% Cost for the 5 nights nights at New Year Rate will be charged before 1st December, 2008. These amounts, once charged are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason. The Balance of the Total Cost of Accommodation is payable to the hotel at time of check-out. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
