	New Years Eve: For stays that include 31st December, 2008 a minimum stay of 4 nights apply. For these nights a higher rate and conditions apply and the discounted rate applies to all other nights. Please ensure you are aware of the booking policy below. New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: Two charges will be charged to secure your Reservation over New Years Eve. A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking. The Remaining 90% Cost for the minimum nights will be charged after 1st December, 2008 if the booking is cancelled after that time. The above amounts, once charged are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason. The Balance of the Total Cost of Accommodation is payable to the hotel at time of check-out.
