	A minimum of 5 nights stay will be charged for stays over the New Year. Two Charges will occur to secure your reservation over the New Year: A Non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking. The 90% balance of the first night's accommodation at higher charge will also be made at time of booking. The remaining cost of stay will be charged after 1st December, 2008. Once made, the above charges will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason. By making a booking it is understood that the policy has been accepted.
