New Year's Eve: For all stays including New Years Eve a 3 night minimum stay applies. A higher rates that applies to these minimum nights and the discounted rates apply to all other nights of your stay
Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
A Non-Refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
The Remaining 90% Cost for the minimum nights at New Year Rate will be charged after 1st December, 2008.
These amounts, once charged are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason or the guest fails to show
The balance of the stay is payable at check-in.
By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted. |
