	Booking and Cancelation Policies:
	New Year Period: For any booking which includes 31st December there is a 3 night minimum stay is required. For 3 of these nights a higher New Year Rate applies. A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. After 1st November, 2008 the remaining 90% cost for 3 minimum nights will be charged by the Macleay Apartments. Once charged, the above amounts are not refundable if your stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason. Remaining Accommodation charges will be settled at check-in. By continuing with this booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted.
