	This Hotel has a 5 night minimum stay for any stay from the 26st of December until the 7th of January. New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: At time of booking 60% of the booked stay will be charged Cancellations made made after booking will loose the deposit. The remaining 40% of the booking will be charged after November 1st, 2008 Cancellations or shortening of stay after this time will receive not refund. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
