New Year Eve Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: Two Charges will occur to secure your reservation over the New Year: A Non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking. The remaining 90% cost of the Cost for the first night's Accommodation will also be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the booked stay will be charged on 31st October, 2008. Cancellation or shortening of stay after that time will incur no refunds. By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
