	Children under 12 stay free in parent's apartment, using existing bedding. A cot can be provided at no extra charge. Baby Bath and high chair are also available. Parking: Parking is complementary for hotel guests - one car per apartment.
	Booking and Cancelation Policies:
	At the time of booking, a non refundable deposit equal to 10% of the whole booked stay will be charged. The balance of stay will be payable on the 1st of November 2008.
