New Year's Eve: For all stays including New Years Eve a 5 night minimum stay applies to Studio and ONE Bedroom Apartments and a 7 night minimum stay applies TWO Bedroom Apartments.
A higher rates that applies to these minimum nights and the discounted rates apply to all other nights of your stay.
Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
A Non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation at the time of booking.
The remaining 90% cost of the minimum stay will be charged if the booking is cancelled after the 15th of November, 2008 or if the booking is shortened or the guest fails to show.
Cancellation or shortening of stay after check-in will incur the full cost of booked stay.
