New Year Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: There are 2 charges that will occur at the time of booking to secure your reservation. An amount equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. The Remaining 90% Cost for nights at higher rates will also be charged at the time of booking. These amounts are not-refundable once booking confirmed if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
