	Booking and Cancelation Policies:

The remaining 90% of the cost of the 5 minimum nights at the (higher) New Year Rates will be charged by the hotel if the booking is cancelled or shortened after November 1st 2006. Once charged, these payments are non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
