	New Years Eve: There is a 5 nights minimum stay requirement for all stays including New Years Eve. There is a higher rate applies to 5 nights and the discounted rate applies for all other nights. Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: There is a 5 Night Minimum for any stay including the 31st December. The higher rate applies to 5 nights over the New Year A Non Refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking. Cancellations made after the 1st December, 2008 or shortening of stay or failure to show will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to 90% of the 5 nights at higher cost. These amounts, once charged are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason. By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
