	New Year Period: For all stays including 31st December, 2008 there is a 7 night minimum is required. For 5 nights there is a higher rate and the discounted rate is available for any other night of your stay. Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: At the time of booking, a Deposit equal to 10% of the whole booked stay will be charged. The remaining 90% for all nights or your stay will be charged after 1st December, 2008. Once charged, these amounts are not refundable if your booking is shortened or cancelled for any reason. By making a booking it is understood you accept these conditions.
